Project enquiries

When you send a project enquiry, we receive the contact and project details you provide and use them to evaluate your request and respond. Required details are your name, email address and project objective; organization, budget and timeline are optional. We do not use this acknowledgement as consent to marketing.

Enquiries are stored using Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, India, and a notification is sent to our business mailbox hosted by Zoho. A confirmation on this page means your enquiry has been saved; it does not mean an email has been read. Unsent entries remain in the current page and are not stored in your browser after it is reloaded.

Unqualified website enquiries are retained for up to 90 days. Delivery workflow records are retained for up to 30 days, duplicate-request records for seven days, and operational logs and failure queues for up to 14 days. Records needed for an ongoing engagement or a legal obligation may require a separately agreed retention period. Email correspondence is also subject to our enquiry deletion process.

We use short-lived limits to protect the form from abuse. An IP address is processed into a keyed hash for those limits, and the counter records expire after 24 hours. Personal enquiry text is excluded from application logs. Backups can retain historical copies for up to seven additional days. Contact us below to request access, correction or deletion.

Our business email is hosted by Zoho. Please avoid including passwords, confidential documents or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

Interactive concepts

The Web, Mobile and AI examples use fictional sample information. Booking changes are stored in your browser’s local storage so they can stay connected between views and visits. The local assistant uses scripted responses and a sample guide; your questions are not sent to an AI provider.

Use sample details when trying these examples. Reset concept restores the supplied sample data. You can also remove saved concept data using your browser’s site-data settings. Concept messages and project enquiry drafts are held only in the current page session.

Hosting and technical information

This site is hosted using Amazon Web Services. The hosting provider processes technical request information, such as an IP address and browser request details, to deliver and protect the website. We have not added advertising cookies, third-party analytics or a visitor-account system to this site.

Keeping and sharing enquiries

We use enquiry correspondence to evaluate and communicate about the project. We do not sell enquiry information. Email and hosting providers process information as part of delivering those services. To ask about an enquiry you sent, or request its deletion, contact us at the address below.
